Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyright has been violated on our website, you can submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include the following details:

- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
- A description of the material you believe is infringing and its location on our website;
- Your contact information, including your name, address, and telephone number;
- A statement confirming your good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information provided in your notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
You can submit your DMCA takedown notice by emailing us at: [email protected]
Procedure for Responding to DMCA Takedown Notices
Once we receive a DMCA takedown notice, we will promptly investigate the claim. If we determine that your copyright has been infringed, we will remove the infringing material from our website.
If the content removed was uploaded by a user, we will notify the user of the takedown. The user may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the user;
- Identification of the content that was removed;
- A statement that the user has a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- A statement that the user agrees to accept the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where they reside, or if the user is outside the U.S., to accept the jurisdiction of any U.S. federal court;
- The user’s contact details, including name, address, and telephone number.
We will review the counter-notice and, if we find the content was removed in error, we will restore it to our website.
